Lotus Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian (RDN/LDN) to support adolescents within our residential behavioral health program.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team while helping adolescents develop healthier nutritional habits that support their overall wellness and recovery.
About the Role:
The Registered Dietitian will work closely with our medical, clinical, and residential teams to provide nutritional guidance and support to adolescent clients receiving mental health and behavioral health treatment services.
Responsibilities Include:
• Conduct nutritional assessments and individualized recommendations
• Provide 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions
• Lead engaging nutrition education groups for adolescents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Support healthy meal planning and wellness initiatives
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Communicate appropriately with families and treatment providers regarding nutritional goals and progress
Qualifications:
• Active Florida RDN & LDN license required
• Experience working with adolescents, behavioral health, or eating disorders preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for compassionate, trauma-informed care
• Ability to work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
