Accounts Payable Specialist
Lotus Concepts Management – Denver, CO
Full-Time | Salary Position | On-Site | Hiring Immediately

Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Denver. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is highly organized when managing financial processes across multiple properties.

This position is also designed for someone who is looking to grow. It is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to build a strong foundation in accounts payable with the potential to develop into a full accounting role over time, if that is a path they are interested in pursuing.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all payables while supporting the overall financial operations of a growing hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities
• Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods/services
• Manage weekly check runs and payment processing
• Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions and discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting
• Track and reconcile expenses across multiple properties
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Support the Controller and accounting team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
• Interest in growing into an accounting role over time is highly encouraged
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: $58,000 – $68,000 per year, based on experience
