America’s Auto Auction Phoenix is hosting on-the-spot interviews throughout the month of May. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-growing team, we want to meet you.


Interview Schedule
  • Mondays & Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Fridays: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

We are looking for reliable, energetic individuals to support our lot operations.

What You’ll Do

· Move Vehicles across staging, storage, and operational areas

· Organize the Lot by positioning vehicles and managing yard flow

· Follow Safety Protocols in high-traffic areas

· Assist With Sale-Day Setup and breakdown

· Maintain Work Areas and equipment zones

· Communicate With the Team to coordinate movement and tasks

· Perform other duties as needed


Requirements:

What You Bring

· Attention to detail and strong safety awareness

· Clear communication and teamwork skills

· Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions

· Comfort working outdoors in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to operate vehicle's responsibly


Preferred Background

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience in automotive, warehouse, logistics, or yard operations is a plus


Physical Requirements

· Work outdoors in all weather

· Walk and stand for most of the shift

· Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
