We need employees that can COMMIT to work a split shift for a 3-year assignment to assist in directing parking a large number of cars in a safe and professional manner.

YOU MUST WORK BOTH SHIFTS EACH DAY! The morning shift starts at 3:00am and ends at 7:00am. The afternoon shift will be from 3:30pm. until 7:30pm. The work hours at the Gulfway and Fort Worth lots will be 2:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. and the afternoon shift will be 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. These hours are firm and not negotiable. Please make sure all scheduling arrangements are in place before contacting us. Training will be provided. Be prepared to work 7 days per week.

DUTIES:

* Flag vehicles in open spots
* Direct vehicles to spaces in a safe manner
* Ensure cleanliness of parking lot
* Apply lights and hand signals to guide patrons who are driving into open spots
* Carry out vehicular checks to spot possible damage
* Ensure proper capture of possible accidents
* Mount barricades at spots where parking is restricted and remove when parking is allowed
* Assist patrons to safely exit parking lot

REQUIREMENTS

* Must be available to work weekends.
* You will also be responsible for making sure the parking lot is clean.
* Must be physically able to stand and move about quickly for four hours at a time in the heat, rain and cold weather.
* Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs
* Must be able to to perform physically demanding tasks, including carrying moderately heavy loads, squatting, bending, puching and pulling
* Ability to walk/move at an acceptable pace--forward and backward.
* Ability to maintain a high standard of productivity and efficiency while standing.
* Ability to carry out oral instructions: MUST FOLLOW DIRECTIONS given by Lead Person and Management on the lot
* MUST get along with others.
* Strong ability to read and follow operating instructions
* Strong ability to remain focused against distractions and remain CALM during stressful situations
* Great interpersonal skills, communication and customer service calls

*Must have vehicle to transport yourself to and from work--No Carpooling or drop-offs allowed.

Other Hire-in Requirements

*Must have valid (non-expired) ID and Social Security Card.

*Must reside in Texas or Louisiana at time of application and hire-in.

*Must have a working Smart phone

*Must have a checking/savings account for direct deposit.

Weekly pay. $14.00 per hour for straight time. Overtime pay is $21.00 per hour. Benefits available the first of the month after 60 days.

DRESS CODE: (Please have your proper uniform ready before calling for a position, as you may be asked to begin working, the same day)

Solid shirt with no writing on it. No low cut tops.

Jeans or work pants with no holes, rips, tears or bling. No sweat pants/leggings, shorts, skirts/dresses.

No sagging/slabbing of pants!

Work boots or lace-up non-slip tennis shoes. No slip-ons or slides.

Rain gear to keep in your car. No umbrellas, so ponchos, rain jackets, etc are acceptable.

You may wear a hat or jacket with writing on it, but nothing offensive.

You may keep a small ice chest in your car with cool rags or waters in it.
