Dar seguimiento, monitoreo, integración y soporte de la gestión integral del proceso de obtención de los Análisis Riesgo de Proceso (HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, ARSH, PPA, ERA, PRE), así como de la gestión integral del ciclo de cumplimiento de los elementos del SASISOPA.
Funciones.
- Supervisar, interpretar, integrar y dar seguimiento del proceso integral para la obtención de los Análisis Riesgo de Proceso (HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, ARSH, PPA, ERA, PRE).
- Brindar soporte y gestionar el desarrollo de las actividades que integran el Análisis de Riesgo y el SASISOPA.
- Interactuar con el Contratista EPC y/o otras entidades relacionadas del proyecto para revisar y asegurar la presentación de evidencias derivadas de obligaciones normativas y contractuales.
- Coordinar en su caso, las reuniones pertinentes a fin de anticipar acciones correctivas y prevenir incumplimientos.
- Participar en la elaboración de diagramas de pétalos, análisis de riesgo de proceso y análisis de seguridad funcional.
- Participación en auditorías corporativas, terceros y del proyecto.
- Gestión documental de la información existente y por generar resultado de los Análisis de Riesgo y del SASISOPA.
Requirements
Requerimientos.
- 5+ años de experiencia en puestos similares
- Alto conocimiento y sólida experiencia en SASISOPA, HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, ARSH, PRE, ERA y PPA de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable.
- Experiencia en la aplicación de políticas, procedimientos y estándares operacionales en proyectos del sector de Hidrocarburos., a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio acorde al plan de ejecución del proyecto.
- Conocimientos Técnicos y Administrativos en Proyectos EPC y Experiencia en Puestos de Campo
- Conocimiento de Ley Aplicable al sector oil & gas (Federales, Locales o Municipales)
- Experiencia en proyectos del sector energético, preferentemente de transporte de gas natural.
- Conocimiento de las normas ISO 31000, ISO 31010, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 19011, DACG-SASISOPA Industrial, DACG-Auditorías Externas, NOM-007-ASEA-2016, NOM's STPS y regulación del sector oil and gas.
- Amplia y sólida experiencia en la gestión, implementación y seguimiento de las actividades relacionadas con el SASISOPA, HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, ARSH, PRE, ERA y PPA, para las obligaciones contractuales EPC y sus subcontratistas y sus proveedores (si corresponde) de conformidad con la legislación aplicable.
- Sistemas de Gestión Integrados, así como la regulación del Sector Hidrocarburos, durante el ciclo de vida de todo un proyecto.
- Conocimientos generales de seguridad e higiene, riesgo industrial y protección civil.
- Conocimiento para la interpretación de planos, y DTI's.
- Inglés intermedio es un plus.
