Job Purpose
This position is part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Capability team under the Global Technology Organization. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of large-scale data solutions on the Databricks platform
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential skills
  • 3-5 years of experience with Power Automate and MS Power Platform ecosystem
  • Hands-on UiPath development, particularly for PDF extraction, CRM data entry, and UI-driven flows
  • Experience with parallel workflow design, error handling, retry queues, and logging
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code best practices and governance
  • Clear communication, stakeholder-facing demeanor

Good to Have:
  • Exposure to LLMs/GenAI for document classification, summarization, or intelligent triggers
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Citrix environments
  • Support cost modeling, licensing discussions

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and deploy Power Automate flows for document processing, approvals, data sync, and data enrichment use cases.
  • Implement and maintain UiPath-based automations where frontend interaction is critical or Power Automate falls short.
  • Analyze use cases shared by stakeholders and translate into reusable automation components with governance guardrails.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations, suggest optimization for latency, accuracy, and exception handling.
  • Work with Business SMEs to convert manual workflows into digital apps/workflows in Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse optional).
  • Create clear documentation and versioning, and handoff to support resources when required.
  • Engage in monthly bot license cost optimization discussions-decide when bots are justified vs human-in-loop support.
