Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week. This role is based in our Denver-area office, with no exceptions.
Overview
The Field Marketing Manager (FMM), within the Field SEM account management group, executes daily tasks in collaboration with agency teams to help fulfill Synergize cross-tier search responsibilities on our client's business:
  • The role centers on servicing retail automotive clients, including work with individual dealerships & regional sales corporate associates for an assigned territory.
  • The FMM function manages internal tasks in support of their account counterpart, the execution team, the Sr. Field Marketing Manager and the Director of Field Operations.
  • The FMM also collaborates frequently with internal execution teams, Saatchi & Saatchi account and media teams as well as other Account Field Teams in other S&S offices via both remote and onsite visits.

In addition to external client service duties, the Field Marketing Manager will help oversee assigned paid search strategy, dashboard reporting, budget coordination, meeting planning coordination, creative alignment support, and/or production activities carried out by the agency on behalf of the client:
  • Review and manage the performance of Client SEM programs and plans
  • Schedule and execute both in-person and online meetings with day-to-day client contacts and their teams
  • Serve as client liaison to SEM execution team
  • Work with Saatchi & Saatchi team to understand overall client campaigns and media strategies
  • Work with regional client on overall monthly and annual business goals and sales plans
  • Work with Director of Field Operations on presenting overall strategy and performance details to regional client staff
  • Share and present SEM performance details to internal staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
  • As the primary Client SEM contact, the Field Marketing Managaer will be responsible for the overall success of the SEM program: its strategy, tactics and goals
  • The FMM will be required to forge positive relationships with:
    • their clients, through significant client contact, inclusive of onsite dealer visits and meetings
    • other agency departments (creative, media, traffic, planning, and finance), to help facilitate efficient internal workflows.
  • Ability to analyze core KPIs and be able to develop and prepare all proper/required reporting on their assigned activities.
  • Be the internal and external ambassador for overall program effectiveness, success and performance
  • Taking lead in executing both one-on-one and group meetings
  • Ability to review and analyze dashboard data, identifying trends and developing insights
  • Responsible management of client budgets, identifying and communicating increase or decrease needs

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' digital advertising experience, plus a solid understanding of integrated communications (TV, Radio, Digital, Sponsorships, etc.) required
  • 3 years of experience with SEM
  • 3 years automotive dealer and/or client-facing communication
  • Thorough knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office inclusive of Excel, Outlook
  • Advertising Agency experience is highly preferred
  • Monday.com, Google Ads, Looker Studio and various Google and Adobe software knowledge a plus
  • High degree of professionalism, enthusiasm and a 'Nothing is Impossible' approach to work
  • Ability to creatively problem solve; bring fresh thinking to problems
  • Highly communicative: with clients, across teams, up and down the org chart, and within partners
  • Analytical thinker, organized and good time manager

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $78,000/annual. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
