As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our advanced CI/CD pipeline architecture, delivering seamless integration and deployment processes. You will work with a variety of leading tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD, to support continuous delivery and infrastructure automation. This role is perfect for a dynamic, solution-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact on both development and deployment cycles. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Automation: Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive, multi-layered automation frameworks for CI/CD pipelines. Leverage tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD to deliver a secure, scalable, and efficient delivery pipeline that supports developer-centric workflows. Continuous Delivery: Implement and maintain GitOps-based continuous delivery with ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments. Enable declarative, version-controlled application definitions, ensuring automated drift detection and reconciliation. Infrastructure as Code: Build and manage infrastructure automation through code, using modern practices to ensure consistency and scalability across environments. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and solve complex deployment challenges. Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor and optimize pipeline performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security throughout the entire delivery pipeline. Automation & Efficiency: Continually seek out opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce friction in deployment, and improve operational efficiency. Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices in the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that all deployments adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance. Qualifications
Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance eligibility.
4+ years of experience implementing enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions. Demonstrated expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and multi-cloud strategies. Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Crossplane.io. Experience building and optimizing GitLab-CI pipelines for infrastructure automation. Deep knowledge of Kubernetes distributions (RKE2, OpenShift) and container orchestration practices. Proven experience leading enterprise backup and disaster recovery initiatives. Working knowledge of cloud-native storage solutions such as Longhorn. Strong Linux administration skills, particularly with RHEL environments. Experience implementing comprehensive observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and related tools. Ability to establish and enforce security policies through tools like Open Policy Agent. Knowledge of identity management solutions such as Keycloak. Experience managing artifact repositories including Artifactory and Harbor Registry. Familiarity with Kubernetes application deployment tools including Kustomize,Helm, and ArgoCD. Strong technical documentation skills with attention to detail. Advanced understanding of networking concepts including VLANs, SDN, and load balancing strategies. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into resilient infrastructure solutions. Current CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certification. Software development experience in C++ and/or Java. CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) certification. Experience guiding legacy workload containerization initiatives.
