Job description

Job Title: Loader Operator

Company: Asgard Resources

Location: Bainville, MT

Pay: $20โ€“$30/hr. DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | Steady Overtime Available (typically 5โ€“6 days/week, 12-hour shifts)

About the Role

Asgard Resources is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to operate loaders, dozers, and other equipment at our frac sand mining and processing facility in Bainville, MT.

Operators move sand and materials throughout the site, assist with production operations, and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on position working with large equipment in an outdoor mining environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate front-end loaders, dozers, and other heavy equipment
  • Load and move sand and materials around the site
  • Feed plant hoppers and manage stockpiles
  • Perform daily equipment inspections
  • Assist with basic equipment maintenance
  • Work with plant operators and supervisors to support production
  • Follow all safety procedures and MSHA guidelines
  • Keep equipment clean and work areas organized

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
  • Mining, sand, construction, or oilfield equipment experience preferred
  • Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work 8โ€“12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance
