Job description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Box Truck Driver to join our growing logistics team based out of Raleigh, NC.

This position involves long-distance driving across multiple states, ensuring safe and timely delivery of freight while maintaining strong communication with dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a box truck on OTR routes
  • Deliver freight across multiple states on schedule
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding load status
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but preferred)
  • OTR driving experience preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to stay on the road for 2–3 weeks at a time
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Reliable and safety-focused

Pay Information:

  • Estimated Pay: $1,250 per week
  • Pay Structure: 20% of weekly growth amount (based on an estimated $5,000 weekly reference = approx. $1,250/week)
