Pay Rate: $18/hr - $19/hr

Type: Part-time

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Shuttle Bus Driver to transport employees and guests safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety of your passengers and adhering to all driving regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Transport guests to and from the club and designated locations safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
  • Adhere to a scheduled route and timely departure times.
  • Monitor traffic and road conditions, and adjust driving accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions guests may have.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle maintenance issues to management.
  • Refuel shuttle and maintain a fuel log.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with at least 4 years of diving history, and clean driving record for the past 4 years.
  • Able to drive an 18 passenger van
  • Previous experience in bus driving or similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Certified in CPR/AED (able to receive certification at DHGC after hire)
  • Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs
  • Ability to stay seated for long periods of time.
