Job description

Licensed Las Vegas Real Estate Agent – Systems, Community & Predictable Schedule

Are you tired of the 24/7 grind with nothing to show for it?

Most real estate agents are told that "freedom" means working whenever they want. In reality, that usually means you’re working all the time—missing dinners, canceling weekend plans, and living in a state of reactive chaos.

If you love real estate but are frustrated because every single transaction feels like you’re starting from scratch, we need to talk. We are looking for Quality Producers who are ready to move from "Solo-Struggle" to "Systematized Success."

This is for you if:

  • You want your life back: You’re tired of having zero control over your calendar and want a work schedule defined in advance.
  • You’re tired of "Wingin' It": You want to learn the systems for doing a much higher volume of transactions without a higher volume of stress.
  • You’re lonely in a crowded room: You get your energy from being with people and want to be part of a high-energy, collaborative office culture.
Compensation:

$170,000 Average Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Rhythm: Follow a defined, predictable work schedule designed to generate high-volume results without the 24/7 burnout.
  • Engage the Community: Actively participate in team and community events to build a career based on relationships and service, not just "cold hunting."
  • Systematize Your Growth: Utilize our proven systems to manage lead flow and client relationships so you never have to "start at zero" every Monday morning.
  • Collaborate for Success: Contribute to our high-energy office culture by sharing wins, participating in strategy sessions, and supporting your teammates.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Professional: Must hold a current Nevada Real Estate License (or be in the final stages of obtaining one).
  • Service-Minded: A proven track record of putting the client's needs first and a desire to serve the Henderson/Las Vegas community.
  • Coachability: A willingness to move away from "winging it" and a commitment to mastering proven systems and meeting rhythms.
  • Energy Match: You are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and understands that we go further together than we do alone.

About Company

We believe the traditional real estate model is broken. Most agents are left lonely, exhausted, and without a predictable path for success. We exist to provide a high-energy community and a systematized rhythm of work that allows Quality Producers to actually have a life while doing a high volume of business. We aren't just a brokerage; we are the solution for the burnt-out agent supported by more almost 4 decades of service in the greater Las Vegas marketplace.
