As we continue to strengthen and grow our Sales Department, we're seeking an F&I professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, maximizing profitability through ethical product sales, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process from deal structure through funding.
  • Present financing options and protection products professionally and transparently.
  • Secure financing through approved lending institutions.
  • Submit credit applications and negotiate approvals with lenders.
  • Present vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other protection products.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Monitor contract funding and promptly resolve lender stipulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of Automotive F&I experience.
  • Proven record of achieving finance and product sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of automotive lending and dealership operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred:
  • CDK experience.
  • Dealertrack experience.
  • Knowledge of Connecticut title and registration processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent automotive retail experience.
