What are logo brands?

Logo Brands is a company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing officially licensed products featuring logos and branding from major sports leagues, colleges, and other organizations. Their product line includes items such as chairs, coolers, blankets, bags, and drinkware, all adorned with team or brand logos. Logo Brands partners with various leagues like the NFL, MLB, NCAA, and NHL to offer fans high-quality merchandise that showcases their favorite teams. The company caters to both retail and wholesale customers, supplying products to online stores, physical retailers, and promotional events.

What are some common challenges faced by team members working at Logo Brands, and how can they be effectively managed?

Team members at Logo Brands often work in a fast-paced environment where managing tight deadlines for product launches and custom logo requests can be challenging. Effective time management, clear communication with both internal teams and clients, and adaptability are key to overcoming these challenges. Collaboration across departments—such as design, sales, and production—is essential to ensure that branded products meet quality standards and client expectations. Proactively seeking feedback and staying organized can help team members thrive and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Job description

Description: Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)

Location: Hanover, Pa

About L2 Brands

At L2 Brands, we make the gear people love to wear. For more than 30 years, we’ve been designing and delivering high-quality, custom-logo apparel, headwear, and home décor for the Collegiate, Resort/Destination, Golf, and Corporate markets. Through our lifestyle brands — League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute — we help fans, travelers, golfers, and employees show pride in the schools, destinations, traditions, and workplaces that matter to them. If you’ve ever thrown on a favorite college hoodie or souvenir hat, there’s a good chance we had something to do with it.

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, likes to stay active, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our 2nd shift crew and help power the engine behind our brand.

If you enjoy being on your feet, working with a strong team, and seeing the direct impact of your work every day — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in making sure products move efficiently and accurately through our facility. You’ll report to the Warehouse Manager and help keep operations running like clockwork.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Accurately processing, pulling, and packaging orders
  • Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory
  • Inspecting products and shipments for quality and accuracy
  • Keeping inventory organized and warehouse space optimized
  • Performing quality control checks
  • Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Following all safety and PPE requirements
  • Offering ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

The Bigger Picture

We don’t just move boxes — we move our brand forward. Every order you process represents our company in the hands of a customer. That’s why we value:

  • Accountability
  • Integrity
  • Collaboration
  • A commitment to excellence

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional production environment and involves regular use of warehouse equipment including computers, phones, forklifts, and picking equipment. The role requires standing, lifting, and consistent physical activity throughout the shift.

ScheduleFull-Time: Monday – Thursday 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.

If you’re ready to join a team that values hard work, organization, and pride in a job well done, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Comfortable operating warehouse equipment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who works with urgency and takes pride in doing things right

We’re looking for someone who shows up ready to contribute, communicates clearly, and supports their teammates. Someone who understands that even small tasks contribute to big results.
