Sales Account Manager
Location: Franklin, TN (On-site)

Logo Brands is seeking a driven and team-oriented Sales Account Manager to support our growing sales organization. This person will work closely with Sales Leads to manage retail accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional service to our customers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date so orders can ship in full and on time
  • Communicate directly with buyers on the status of their orders, providing updates and resolving any issues as needed
  • Assist customers and buyers with planning and writing their purchase orders based on inventory, lead times, and program goals
  • Support assigned Sales Leads with daily sales tasks, account maintenance, and communication
  • Prepare and organize sales materials, product information, and pricing sheets
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, suggest improvements, or surface sales opportunities
  • Assist in preparing for line reviews, trade shows, and key customer presentations
  • Collaborate with product development, licensing, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with sales goals
  • Maintain accurate customer records and reporting in CRM systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 1–2 years in a sales support, account management, or customer-facing role (internships included)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or HubSpot is a plus
  • A team-player mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative
