Job description

The Operations Manager oversees all daily warehouse and logistics operations for the parts division, ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective distribution. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing shipping and receiving processes, and driving operational excellence to maximize productivity. The manager leads and develops a diverse team, oversees departmental budgets, and enforces safety and compliance standards while continuously improving processes to support a reliable and efficient supply chain.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity.
  • Embrace and practice Stellantis Leadership Principles in Stellantis Parts and Service Way
  • Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the Parts Distribution Center customer KPI's, related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed.
  • Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures.
  • Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management.

  • Compliance Management (Weekly and monthly audit compliance)
  • Continuous Improvement (Project identification, implementation, and validation of savings)

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management (BA) / Logistics
  • Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to work any shift and overtime necessary
