The Logistics Coordinator role is a ground floor opportunity that prepares you for a life-long career in logistics. You will be set up for success from day one with our highly effective training program, taught by a group of subject matter experts with the goal of developing logistics professionals.


What You'll be doing:

  • Manage daily shipment activities and providing timely updates to customers.
  • Proactively communicate and report any issues to the Account Manager.
  • Maintaining accurate data entries in the TMS with pertinent shipment information.
  • Obtain paperwork required for shipment from carriers and customers.
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies in a timely and constructive manner to minimize delays.
  • Communicating with customers in an excellent customer service manner, building rapport as a responsive and creative problem solver.
  • Communicating with carriers in a professional manner, developing strong relationships as a fair business partner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
