Logistics Support Coordinator

Location: Manalpan NJ

 $24-$26/hour

About Us

The Heartland Roadshow, established in 2009, is a premier buyer of estate jewelry, precious metals, gold and silver coins, and collectibles. If you’ve ever seen “Antiques Roadshow”, this is similar to what we do. We set up boutique “buying events” at various hotel locations throughout the region, where folks come to sell us their estate items — primarily gold, silver, coins, and watches.

Overview

The Logistics Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting operational workflows across venue coordination, contracts, payments, shipping coordination, and logistics administration. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires strong follow-through, organization, and accuracy across a high-volume environment.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations, communicates professionally across teams, and can balance administrative accuracy with day-to-day logistics support responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities
  • Support venue coordination and related operational logistics for upcoming Roadshow events

  • Coordinate contracts, documentation, and administrative workflows across multiple locations

  • Assist with payment tracking, invoice coordination, and related follow-up

  • Support shipping logistics, scheduling, and tracking for operational materials and event needs

  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, vendors, and other operational partners as needed

  • Track deadlines, outstanding items, and operational follow-through across multiple projects

  • Communicate updates, issues, and logistical changes clearly and professionally

  • Help identify and escalate operational risks, delays, or missing information

  • Support process organization and administrative efficiency across logistics operations


Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating with a professional tone

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack
