We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concrete Order Taker to join our team in Escondido, California. This role is responsible for receiving customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from order placement through delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers requesting concrete orders.
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to schedule deliveries.
  • Provide customers with updates regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, schedules, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
