Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, developing business relationships, and growing your own book of business within the logistics and freight brokerage industry. You'll work closely with our operations team to deliver exceptional service while helping customers find transportation solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, working toward ambitious goals, and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new shipping customers through outbound sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
  • Identify and manage truckload (FTL), LTL, drayage, and other logistics opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities.
  • Grow and manage your own book of business.
  • Partner with the operations team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team success.

QualificationsRequired
  • Recent college graduate or 1–2 years of professional experience.
