Birdi Systems, Inc. (BSI) is seeking a motivated recent graduate or early-career professional to join our team as a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator. This role provides hands-on experience supporting purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, and project logistics for technology and infrastructure projects across transportation, aviation, and security industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in supply chain management, operations, procurement, project coordination, or logistics.

 

What You'll Do:

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Assist with obtaining vendor quotes and preparing purchase orders.
  • Track material orders and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Help resolve shipment, invoicing, and order issues.
  • Maintain purchasing records and documentation.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Support inventory tracking for tools, equipment, and project materials.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits.
  • Organize warehouse and storage areas.
  • Process material returns and exchanges.
  • Help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Logistics & Project Support

  • Coordinate deliveries to project sites and company locations.
