SKIMS is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager & Operations Analyst with strong operations management experience. This position is critical in supporting the company's operational strategies for exponential growth and establishing operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large scale operations and logistics projects, from concept through execution, including product launches, network optimization, and process improvements
  • Create project trackers with deadlines and tasks with clear communication of milestones, roles/responsibilities, and deadlines to completion
  • Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and timelines using structured project management methodologies
  • Synthesize and connect data from several sources into manageable data points to support operations, and logistics projects
  • Drive cross-functional communication and ensure stakeholder alignment at all levels of the organization
  • Oversee vendor and supplier coordination on projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Lead change management efforts related to system implementations, process redesigns, organizational shifts
  • Ability to summarize and highlight key findings from all analysis performed for senior management review
  • Create Operational and Logistical KPIs and executive dashboards for transparency and action
  • Lead and project manage RFP efforts and 3PL go-live planning
  • Outstanding problem-solving experience, using data to identify an issue, implementing a course of action, and seeing it through to completion
  • Operations and supply chain experience with understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and revenue impactful strategies

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree minimum, in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related field
  • 5-7 years of related work experience including data analysis and project management within the logistics, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing field necessary
  • Must be a critical thinker, self-starter, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint - experience with creating executive presentations), Power BI, Looker, Tableau
  • Management software (Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.), and Looker
  • NetSuite experience is preferred
  • Strong project management, and analytical background
  • Ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize tasks on a short- and long-term basis
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship skills with collaborative mind-set and responsiveness
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications and processes
  • Growth-mindset, learning attitude and curiosity
  • Demonstrable capability to analyze and collect data without clear direction, including cross-reference data validation with critical attention to detail

  • Apparel ecommerce with retail/wholesale experience is highly preferred
