We are committed to providing logistics services to an increasing number of merchants, helping them reduce logistics costs and offering users faster logistics services. We are recruiting a Cost Analysis and Strategy Optimization Specialist for the logistics operation analysis team. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of the logistics needs for the U.S. e-commerce business, combining market insights, industry trends, and customer feedback to perform comprehensive business operation analysis and diagnosis. - Regularly organize meetings to identify operational pain points, drive optimization of logistics processes and models, and improve overall business efficiency. - Analyze the logistics market across different regions in the U.S., review cost structure per logistics segment; conduct cost calculation, benchmarking analysis, and trend forecasting to provide actionable business insights and support implementation of cost optimization strategies. - Responsible for end-to-end supplier management, establishing a data-driven supplier evaluation system covering key indicators such as service quality, cost efficiency, and response speed. - Collect and analyze evaluation results, refine penalty and performance assessment models, and drive cost reduction and service quality improvements through continuous monitoring while fostering long-term supplier partnerships. - Proactively establish efficient cross-functional collaboration; conduct industry analysis and market research, generate analytical reports and business recommendations, and solve problems efficiently. - Strong knowledge of logistics cost structures and optimization processes; conduct product requirement analysis and solution design, independently drive product development and cross-functional collaboration to support cost-reduction strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or related work experience. - Supply Chain/Logistics project experience, familiarity with e-commerce logistics operations, in-depth research of the South East Asia e-commerce market (policies, regulations, market characteristics, and consumer needs). Preferred Qualifications: - Possess structured thinking and analytical capabilities, ability to break down complex business problems, and develop a detailed data analysis framework; proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.) and be able to translate them into business strategies. - Strong sense of responsibility, proactiveness, curiosity, and skill in understanding business/market changes; Excellent communication skills and ability to handle cross-functional collaboration.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $258400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
