About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a high-performance cold storage environment. This role is responsible for driving production flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe, efficient, and timely inbound and outbound operations. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and can balance workforce management with operational execution.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory control activities
  • Lead, train, and coach warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Assign and monitor daily work tasks to optimize labor utilization and workflow efficiency
  • Oversee production flow, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and WMS transactions
  • Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics including throughput, labor performance, and order accuracy
  • Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to meet daily and weekly production targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and food safety/temperature-controlled handling standards
  • Operate and support material handling equipment as needed in daily operations
  • Partner with Operations leadership to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Address employee relations matters in real time and promote clear, consistent communication across teams
  • Support special projects and process improvements as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership experience
  • Experience working in cold storage, temperature-controlled, or high-volume warehouse environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and drive accountability
  • Strong understanding of production flow, order fulfillment, and warehouse KPIs
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures (as low as -20F / -25C and up to 100F / 37C) with required PPE
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Pay Range:$55,100.00 - $92,900.00
