Job description

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced DASaaS Project Manager to support our fast-growing Data Division specifically supporting our In-Building Wireless Solutions, Network Services Team to support the onboarding of a DAS portfolio and new DAS-as-a-Service product offering.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


Role Summary

The Project Manager, DAS Onboarding and DaaS Program, leads two distinct but related projects to grow the IWS DAS portfolio of owned networks. The PM will lead the end-to-end onboarding and deployment management of approximately 150 existing Distributed Antenna System (DAS) sites and is responsible for managing the complete customer and site lifecycle, from initial sales outreach through site assessment, proposal development, contract execution, onboarding, and operational handoff. In addition to the 150 sites, the PM will also manage the newly developed DASaaS offering to ensure the program meets all financial, operational, and customer experience KPIs. Also, the PM will enable the DaaS sales and contracting processes and help refine the service offering.


The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, telecommunications, customer relationship management, and data analytics skills. This individual will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain program timelines, ensure data accuracy, and provide executive-level reporting utilizing HubSpot, Zeva, and related business systems.



Key Responsibilities:


Program & Project Management

  • Own and manage the onboarding lifecycle for 150 DAS sites across a multi-site carrier deployment program with an aggressive timelines over the next 12 months.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between carrier stakeholders, internal teams, site owners, and vendor partners.
  • Track site progress from opportunity creation through contract execution and onboarding completion.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and escalate issues as needed to maintain delivery targets.


Sales Outreach & Customer Engagement

  • Manage and track Sales outreach activities to prospective site owners, property managers, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications with carrier representatives and internal sales teams.
  • Track pipeline progression and engagement activities through HubSpot.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, opportunities, and customer inquiries.


Site Assessment Management
  • Coordinate and schedule site assessments with field teams, engineering and operations resources, and property owners.
  • Monitor assessment completion and ensure documentation is received and uploaded into company systems.
  • Work with PM teams to facilitate resolution of site access, scheduling, and logistical challenges.
  • Track assessment outcomes and coordinate with Engineering for recommended next steps for site qualification.


Proposal Development & Delivery
  • Coordinate proposal generation and review processes.
  • Gather required site, engineering, and commercial information to support accurate proposals.
  • Ensure proposals align with system requirements, pricing standards, and business objectives.
  • Track proposal status through approval and customer acceptance.


Contract Management
  • Manage contract workflows from initial draft through execution.
  • Coordinate reviews with legal, finance, sales, and carrier stakeholders.
  • Track key contractual milestones, approvals, and execution dates.
  • Maintain organized contract records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.


Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate project data within HubSpot and Zeva.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms to measure program performance.
  • Monitor pipeline health, assessment completion rates, proposal conversion metrics, and contract execution status.
  • Provide regular status updates, forecasts, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and process compliance across all project stages.


Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Field Services teams.
  • Drive accountability for action items and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead recurring project meetings and communicate status updates effectively.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase onboarding efficiency and scalability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, DAS, small cell, or network deployment environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-site deployment programs.
  • Experience coordinating customer onboarding, site acquisition, or infrastructure deployment projects.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project tracking platforms, including HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & TRAITS:

  • Experience working with wireless carriers or telecom infrastructure providers.
  • Familiarity with DAS, small cell, macro cell, fiber, or network deployment processes.
  • Experience using Zeva or similar project and deployment management platforms.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience with contract administration and commercial negotiations.


YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Work environment: Professional office setting with comfortable temperature control and moderate noise levels with travel to remote offices, customer locations, and conferences. 
  • Remote “work from home” is possible and requires dedicated workspace, quiet environment, high speed internet. 
  • Physical demands include ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation, occasional standing and walking.
  • Visual acuity requirements: Close vision to perform computer work
  • Communication: Extensive phone and Teams conversations, conference calls, and email and documentation in English. 


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel to domestic locations may be required for specific meetings with internal teams, customers, or industry conferences. Estimated at 15% but possibly more in early stages
