Job description

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance in Washington, DC.
Position Overview: Provide support with integrated logistics support and property management services
Position Responsibilities:
  • Act as single point of authority interfacing between Government and corporate management team.
  • Oversee and ensure all schedule, cost, budget, deliverables, production, and personnel requirements are within both Government contract standards, as well as corporate policies and procedures
  • Manage all personnel requirements to include, hiring, onboarding, evaluation, disciplinary requirements, and scheduling.
  • Prepare, provide and maintain a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP)
  • Use the Government's warehouse management tool to manage warehouse assets including rationalizing Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and right size the warehouse's inventory levels.
  • Provide inventory visibility, analyze throughput, and monitor daily operations.
  • Automate reordering requirements by configuring rules around safety stock and inventory levels.
  • Create seasonal and quarterly demand and trend forecasts
  • Implement automatic reporting on ordering and usage
  • Recommend smart ordering levels to satisfy demand and achieve economies of scale.
  • Provide just-in-time inventory fulfillment to minimize inventory holding costs and safety stock requirements
  • Configure intelligent dashboards to enable real-time operational analysis, reporting, and alert management

Position Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Information Technology or a related discipline, is required.
  • Experience: Minimum ten years of experience as a program manager providing strategic planning, concept development, requirements analysis and executing integrated logistics and property management support. Experience in asset management, property accountability, logistics, and supply chain management. Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing and managing services described in this PWS. Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills similar in size and scope as referenced in this PWS.
  • Certification(s): Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Certified Master Logistician Program, Army Master Logistician Certificate Program, or equivalent
