The Program Manager ensures that Green Square Meals runs smoothly day to day — from volunteer coordination to meal service logistics to facility oversight. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, people-centered environment and understands that operational excellence is a form of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Oversee the flow of meal service, scheduling, communications, and internal systems.
  • Volunteer Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers; cultivate a warm, mission-aligned culture.
  • Meal Service Support: Coordinate food deliveries, inventory, kitchen needs, and service logistics.
  • Facilities & Safety: Monitor facility needs, maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
