POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all administrative and operational activities for professional development at research institute
  • The main responsibilities will include outlook calendar management, coordination of logistics, program activities, and various data entry/administrative projects related to six (6) programs and seminar series offered each academic year to the medical campus faculty
  • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience. Non-profit, healthcare, and/or education program coordination is a plus.

Program Support:

  • Operations Coordination and Management
  • Track program outcomes and monitor the effectiveness of the programs
  • Maintain program evaluations through Qualtrics
  • Coordinate the program application process and manage the coordination of the Admissions Committees

Administrative:

  • Manage Outlook calendar and meetings for Dean and faculty development programming
  • Generate agendas, record minutes, and track action items for meeting
  • Maintain office process manuals and data management systems
  • Assist with the reports for department chairs and executive leadership
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, purchases products as needed within established budget
  • Coordinate logistical needs for programs including audio-visual and technology requirements
