Chipton-Ross is seeking a Apprenticeship Program Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Littleton/Waterton, CO.
*12 month extendable contract position*

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with apprenticeship onboarding duties for full cycle of 9 week paid-apprenticeship program, rapid onboarding of large groups. This is more of an onboarding support coordinator position in support of the AMTAP program, not an Administrative Assistant or a true LMA position. They will be setting up classrooms and computers for training, they will be creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and interacting with new hire apprentices directly during a cohort launch.

• Onboarding Setup and Logistics (Can be a combination of room set up, and computer set up for the training classes so needs to have IT background for the computer portion)

• 3-day in person onboarding for 48-60 new apprentices approx. 5 times a year

• Preparing and organizing material for apprentices during onboarding

• Troubleshooting computer assistance

Calling

• Program graduation ceremony logistics

• Program report pulls and audits tracking candidates

• Apprenticeship attendance line process control

• Auditing electronic files for each cohort prior/during/post program

• Program invoicing and Accounts Payable/Receivable assisting Data Analyst in preparation and dissemination of grant funding streams

• Other duties as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Accredited Bachelor's Degree.

WORK HOURS:

Full-time; 5/40-1st Shift.
