Job description

Job Summary:
  • The Office Manager serves as a key operational support resource, ensuring efficient day-to-day office and warehouse coordination within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role acts as a liaison between operations personnel, Human Resources, and senior leadership, helping to facilitate communication, maintain organizational effectiveness, and support business objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This role coordinates office operations but does not directly manage personnel.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to our Coppell, TX office team.
  • Develops detailed understanding of the needs of the business to act as a liaison between operations staff, HR, and leadership.
  • Supports employee onboarding, training coordination, employee relations concerns, and company initiatives
  • Helps identify process improvements to increase efficiency and support operational excellence.
  • Arranges travel and accommodation as needed.
  • Supports warehouse and operational teams with organization, project coordination, and hands-on assistance as needed
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records and ordering supplies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Solutions-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of related experience required.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain solutions a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Willingness to travel on occasion if needed
