About the role

The Logistics Associate operates powered Lift Truck equipment to load, unload and move products, materials and equipment. This position works as a fully participating and effective member of a "Self-Managed" Logistics Team responsible to deliver World Class results in the key areas of Quality, Safety, Customer Service and Cost.

Afternoon Shift - 2pm-10:30pm

Your responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment to support receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.
  • Load, unload, store, and move materials and finished goods using SAP, RF scanners, and inventory management systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions, shipping documentation, receiving records, and production support materials.
  • Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and SOP requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, safety audits, team meetings, and waste reduction initiatives.
The experience we're looking for
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
  • Forklift operating experience required; certification preferred.
  • Scissor lift operating experience required.
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred), RF scanners, and inventory control processes.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
