The Senior Supply Chain Specialist serves as a key user for SAP logistics processes, develops business intelligence solutions, and supports strategic logistics and warehouse projects. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Logistics,Responsibilities:Logistics Analytics & ReportingDevelop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and databases utilizing SAP, Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence tools.Analyze transportation, warehousing, inventory, and logistics costs to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.Gather, validate, and manage logistics data from multiple internal and external sources.Develop and maintain logistics performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).Analyze local, national, and global market trends impacting logistics and supply chain operations.Provide analytical insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.Supply Chain & Logistics OperationsMonitor and improve transportation, warehouse, inventory, safety, quality, and service performance metrics.Support inventory visibility, inventory reconciliation, cycle count reporting, and warehouse performance analysis.Assist with logistics projects, warehouse initiatives, and supply chain optimization efforts.Provide operational backup support for other members of the Supply Chain Logistics team.Support day-to-day logistics activities and other duties as assigned.Systems & Process ImprovementServe as a subject matter expert and key user for SAP logistics processes, including Warehouse Management (WM), inventory management, and logistics master data.Act as System Key User (SKU) for warehouse management technologies, including SAP WM and warehouse scanning systems such as VisiTrak.Partner with IT, warehouse operators, system integrators, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance logistics efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall service performance.Support supply chain digitalization initiatives and reporting automation efforts.Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementMonitor and improve logistics and warehouse service provider performance through KPI development, analysis, collaboration, and ongoing performance reviews.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers.Support vendor evaluation and continuous improvement activities to enhance service, cost, and operational performance.Documentation & TrainingDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Learning Quick References (LQRs), training materials, and process documentation.Ensure logistics processes, systems, and reporting tools are properly documented and consistently maintained.Provide training and guidance on logistics systems, reporting tools, and business processes as needed.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain analytics, or related disciplines. Experience utilizing ERP systems, preferably SAP. Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including SAP WM, SAP EWM, or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
