The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for preparing shipping documents and attaching respective documents to shipment to meet the departmental performance standards of efficiency, accuracy, and quality.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Facilities and Logistics and is part of the Facilities team located in Concord, Canada and will be an on-site role.

Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure the accurate, efficient, and compliant movement of materials and products. This role prepares shipping documentation, manages inventory transactions, fulfills material requests, and maintains quality and regulatory standards.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Facilities and Logistics and is part of the Facilities team located in Concord, Canada. This is an on-site position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate receiving, inventory, and material fulfillment activities, including inspecting incoming materials, processing transactions in Oracle, replenishing inventory, and supporting production requirements.
  • Prepare and process domestic and international shipments, including packaging, carrier coordination, shipping documentation, commercial invoices, order releases, and shipment confirmations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, trade, and safety requirements by following ISO procedures, conducting shipment reviews and restricted party screening, verifying shipment condition indicators, and maintaining accurate records.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • Customer service experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

  • Experience using Oracle or other ERP systems and carrier shipping platforms such as FedEx or DHL.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, import/export requirements, and inventory management processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments.

The annual salary range for this role is 58,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
