What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations by planning, scheduling, and dispatching material deliveries to ensure efficient, on-time service.
  • Analyze production capacity, truck availability, customer priorities, and geographic considerations to develop logistics solutions that maximize fleet utilization and customer service.
  • Adjust delivery schedules throughout the day in response to changing customer needs, production demands, and operational priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication between drivers, customers, plant personnel, and operations teams to resolve issues and keep deliveries running smoothly.
  • Monitor fleet activity using dispatch software and GPS tracking while making timely operational decisions to minimize delays and improve delivery performance.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery documentation, and driver activity while ensuring compliance with company safety and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, dispatching, fleet coordination, supply chain, production scheduling, construction operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think geographically and solve complex logistical challenges by balancing fleet availability, production capacity, customer priorities, and changing operational conditions.
