Transportation Billing & Planning Assistant Manager (Korean-English Bilingual)

???? Position Overview

The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in formulating business plans for the transportation department and managing revenue and profit. Verify performance with customers and carriers, generate invoices, and manage records in the TMS system. Collaborate with the internal finance and accounting department to maintain and verify accurate records.

???? Key Responsibilities

  • Establishment of the Transportation department's Annual Business Plan
  • Management of sales and purchase performance for the transportation department
  • Customer Invoice Issuance Management
  • Receive carrier invoices and register them in the system.
  • Other administrative and planning tasks

???? Required Qualifications

  • More than 6 years of experience in transportation, logistics, inbound supply
  • Strong understanding of production planning, delivery control, and inbound logistics operations
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and crisis‑response capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Korean and English proficiency for communication with customers and logistics partners

The estimated base salary range for the Transportation Assistant Manager is $86,000-90,000. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.
