Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our expanding team. Experience in international trade or logistics operations is highly valued. Japanese language skills and familiarity with Japanese business culture are strong advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer support
  • Handle oceans import operations, shipping arrangements, data entry, and document management
  • Arrange drayage and domestic truck deliveries
  • Conduct inbound and outbound checks
  • Unpack products and perform inspections
  • Prepare non-conformance reports
  • Manage inventory effectively
  • Enter costs and issue invoices

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese (Business proficient)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and email communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
