Description
TeleSolv is seeking a highly disciplined and technically skilled Operations Supervisor to support a Government-operated equipment maintenance and logistics environment. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and operational effectiveness of maintenance systems supporting a large inventory of Construction and Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE). The selected candidate will maintain and oversee maintenance data systems, coordinate operational tasking, and supervise contractor personnel engaged in technical maintenance support. This position requires a professional capable of working independently while demonstrating strong leadership in managing both systems and personnel within a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and oversee the Maintenance Data Systems / Planned Maintenance Systems (MDS/PMS) database for CESE assets. 
  • Create and submit weekly cyclic maintenance and operational taskings. 
  • Track and record equipment usage, including miles and hours, and document reported discrepancies. 
  • Report significant maintenance issues to the Government COR for repair coordination. 
  • Provide technical expertise to supply personnel regarding repair parts and equipment configurations.
  • Deliver technical and safety training to personnel performing equipment maintenance. 
  • Coordinate with maintenance supervisors to resolve operational inquiries and task requirements. 
  • Supervise maintenance of the Technical Manual Library and conduct required inventories. 
  • Ensure execution of Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC) for inactive equipment. 
  • Maintain personnel qualifications (including 3M 303) and ensure proper documentation. 
  • Prepare and submit required CESE administrative documentation to higher headquarters.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Prior experience supporting Government equipment maintenance or logistics programs
  • Advanced familiarity with CESE Table of Allowance (TOA) management
  • Experience supporting supply chain coordination in a technical or maintenance environment
  • Demonstrated success in leading technical teams in compliance-driven operations
  • Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and lifecycle equipment tracking
  • Technical expertise in CESE operations, maintenance procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and operational procedures
  • Strong organizational and supervisory capabilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email systems)
