• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to create personalized treatment strategies tailored to their mental health needs.
• Design, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and monitoring processes.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Handle crisis intervention situations with professional skill and compassion, ensuring clients receive immediate support and resources when needed.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through participation in training and access to continuing education opportunities to stay current in the field.

Our focus is on pre-screened, low-acuity clients who are often navigating transitional phases of life, and may include young adults, families, and individuals facing stressors such as relationship challenges, anxiety, and mild mood disorders. Therapists will foster a safe and empowering space for these clients, guiding them towards effective coping strategies and personal growth.

• A valid, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another related field is mandatory.
• Exceptional ability to forge therapeutic relationships built on trust, respect, and empathy.
• Highly organized, efficient in time management, and focused on client needs to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an understanding of community health resources will be considered advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the expertise of our clinicians.
