POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise CMA personnel. Monitor the operation of CMA equipment and systems.
  • Ensure that material is shipped to the customer on time.
  • Determine the need for Hot Shot material and ensure that the Five Alarm Process is initiated and executed.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving systems. 
  • Coordinate activities with other departments. Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
  • Responsible for On-the-Job Training of Material Movement Team Members.
  • Appraises the performance of Material Movement Team Members.
  • Rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
  • Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drive the company’s Continuous Improvement Process and Policies.
  • Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school Diploma 
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Warehousing and Shipping/Receiving experience (Required)                               
  • Supervisor/ Leadership/ Management experience (Required)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM- 11:30 PM

Location: Avon, Ohio

Travel Requirements: None

Over Time: Ability to support Over Time hours as needed in support of Operations
