Job Description:
As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods and materials through our supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics, from procurement to distribution, and optimizing processes to meet our customers' needs. Shift: Starting Time 5:00am - ending time may vary depending on the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a team of terminal staff, including supervisors, warehouse workers, and administrative personnel.

  • Resource Management:Manage resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize terminal performance.
