About the Position:

The Back-End Retail Associate is responsible for the logistical operations within the iSMASH center. Duties include setting up and cleaning activity rooms, receiving and managing inventory, cleaning and preparing customer gear, and coordinating with the front-end staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining inventory procedures
  • Receiving and restocking inventory
  • Preparing activity packages, setting up and cleaning activity rooms
  • Ensuring waste is efficiently removed from the premises throughout the day
  • Cleaning and preparing customer gear
  • Cleaning and restocking the center throughout the day, before opening and after closing

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience needed
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Heavy lifting required
