About the Role:
Prรกtica Products Inc. is seeking a Warehouseย  Operations Associate to support warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, quality testing, and shipping activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
1.ย 
Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely processing of all transactions.
2.ย  Schedule pickups and deliveries with third-party carriers and process small package shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other logistics platforms to ensure efficient transportation operations.
3.Perform quality testing on new equipment to ensure all products meet Prรกticaโ€™s quality standards before shipment to customers.
4.ย  Provide support to the service department when needed, including cleaning, inspection, and final quality testing of repaired or refurbished ovens.
5.Pick, prepare, pack, and ship ovens, parts, and accessories following established inventory control and warehouse procedures.
6. Process approved sales orders through the ERP system, ensuring products are properly separated, invoiced, and shipped according to company procedures.
7.ย  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while supporting overall operational efficiency.
8.ย  Perform regular inventory counts and audits of new and used ovens, parts, and accessories to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills:
    • High school diploma or equivalent;
    • Previous warehouse, logistics, or related operational experience preferred;
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
    • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards;
    • Experience with product quality testing is a plus;
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and logistics/shipping platforms;
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
    • Forklift certification/license required;
