Saint Luke'sHospitalinKansas City is seekinga Warehouse Associate to join our team!

Shift Details: Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming shipments from vendors, ensuring accurate receipt and inventory management.

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve receiving discrepancies and shipment-related issues.

  • Process and coordinate product returns with vendors in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Restock warehouse inventory and issue/distribute supplies to internal customers across the organization.

  • Support both scheduled and on-demand pickup and delivery services for supplies, equipment, mail, and other materials throughout the Health System.

  • Coordinate and assist with office, clinic, and departmental relocations, including the safe movement of furniture, equipment, and materials.

  • Manage shipping operations utilizing UPS, FedEx, and commercial freight carriers to meet organizational transportation needs.
    Pick up, organize, store, and retrieve records while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards.

  • Complete required clerical, inventory, shipping, receiving, and record-keeping documentation with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Utilize computer systems and software in a Windows-based environment to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.

  • Safely operate warehouse and material-handling equipment while adhering to workplace safety standards.

  • Apply strong organizational, clerical, and basic mathematical skills to ensure efficient inventory control and distribution processes.

To be successful in thisroleyou will need to be able to adapt to and become knowledgeableofnumeroussoftware applications.Have the ability tolearn hospital supplyterms, andbe able tooperatesuccessfully with minimal supervision.

Minimumstarting rate of $19.25/hour
