Job description

Greater Good Charities is a 501(c)(3) global nonprofit organization that works to help people, pets, and the planet by mobilizing in response to need and amplifying the good. To date, we have provided over $1B in aid, expertise, and funding in 121 countries in support of this mission.


Position Overview 

The Corporate Partnerships Operations & Design Specialist is a dynamic, dual-focus role that blends new business development with operational and creative support for the Corporate Partnerships team. This position drives pipeline growth through proactive outreach, prospect research, and account management, while also ensuring the team runs efficiently through high-quality marketing materials, CRM data integrity, and cross-departmental coordination. The role is critical to achieving Greater Good Charities' ambitious goals of $200M in in-kind and $5M in cash donations annually. 


Key Responsibilities: 

1. Pipeline Development & Corporate Outreach 

  • Conduct comprehensive research on potential corporate partners to identify and qualify prospects based on partnership fit and capacity 
  • Secure meetings with corporate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to host Lunch and Learns showcasing GGC's impact and partnership opportunities 
  • Schedule and coordinate exploratory and expansion meetings for senior team members 
  • Prepare briefing materials and talking points for all donor and prospect meetings 
  • Support proposal development, presentation materials, and revenue diversification initiatives to drive team achievement of annual goals 

2. Marketing Materials, Design & Communications 

  • Create compelling one-pagers, fact sheets, pitch decks, and partnership summaries for corporate prospects and partners 
  • Design impact reports and stewardship materials using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), or Canva 
  • Develop and maintain branded templates and graphics for use across the development team 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all development communications and partner-facing materials 
  • Produce professional presentations and collateral for donor meetings and partnership negotiations 

3. CRM Data Management & Analytics 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor, prospect, and partner information in HubSpot 
  • Build, manage and execute ZoomInfo and Hubspot sequences to support corporate outreach and engagement 
  • Generate reports on prospect pipeline, conversion metrics, and fundraising performance to support strategy and decision-making 
  • Track all interactions, proposals, and partnership communications across development staff 
  • Support data cleanup, segmentation, and database maintenance to ensure data integrity 
  • Assist with annual strategic reviews by preparing comprehensive account summaries 

4. Account Management Support 

  • Manage a portfolio of 5-10 smaller corporate partnership accounts spanning assigned accounts and new business development 
  • Support stewardship activities, partner communications, and relationship cultivation 
  • Coordinate partnership fulfillment and logistics in collaboration with Operations 
  • Assist with annual strategic reviews, account planning, and partner reporting 
  • Coordinate donor recognition and appreciation activities 

5. Cross-Department Liaison & Coordination 

  • Serve as a liaison between Development and other departments including Program, Marketing, Operations, and Finance 
  • Coordinate with Program teams to gather impact stories and outcome data for partner reporting and materials 
  • Collaborate with Marketing on donor communications and campaign materials 
  • Work with Finance on gift processing and reporting requirements 
  • Support Operations with partnership fulfillment and logistics coordination 

6. Administrative Operations 

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action items 
  • Maintain organized filing systems for donor records, partnership agreements, and development documents 
  • Support budget tracking and expense management for development activities 
  • Handle confidential partner and donor information with discretion and professionalism 
  • Support special events and fundraising campaigns as needed 

Performance Metrics 

  • Contribute to overall department goal of $200M in-kind and $5M in cash 
  • Prospect research: 25+ qualified prospects per month 
  • Lead conversion rate: 15%+ 
  • Account retention rate: 90%+ 

Minimum Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, nonprofit development, or a related role 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and/or PowerPoint for deck and collateral design 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage corporate partners at all levels 
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in nonprofit development or fundraising 
  • Knowledge of corporate partnerships, cause marketing, and major gift processes 
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and pipeline management 
  • Familiarity with grant writing, proposal development, or foundation relations 
  • Understanding of nonprofit operations and mission-driven work 
  • Experience in cross-functional and collaborative team environments 


Working Environment: This position is fully remote. The employee is expected to work 40 hours per week from 9 am – 5 pm in their time zone Monday – Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work for events and urgent deadlines.  Some travel may be required for donor meetings and partnership events.
