What You'll Doย 

As our Office Assistant, you'll be the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth daily functions while providing exceptional service to our members and their families.ย 

Member-First Serviceย 

  • Be the welcoming first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and office visitsย 

  • Guide members through benefit questions and eligibility inquiries with patience and expertiseย 

  • Provide clear, accurate information about fund policies and proceduresย 

  • Ensure timely resolution of member concerns by coordinating across departmentsย 

Administrative Excellenceย 

  • Maintain accurate member records including benefits, contributions, and eligibility dataย 

  • Process forms and applications with precision and attention to detailย 

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and essential documentsย 

  • Support website updates and digital communicationsย 

Event & Meeting Supportย 

  • Assist with Board meetings, fund events, and training sessionsย 

  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate meeting logisticsย 

  • Help create a professional, organized environment for important gatheringsย 

Office Operationsย 

  • Keep the office running smoothly with supply management and vendor coordinationย
