Job description

The Role

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our Field Marketing team. This role owns how Addepar shows up at the industry events that matter most to our clients and prospects, from large national conferences like Schwab IMPACT, BNY INSITE, and Future Proof, to targeted regional activations and partner events.

This is a balanced strategy-and-execution role. You will help define which events Addepar attends and why, set the goals and success metrics for each activation, design how we show up on the floor, and coordinate internal GTM teams to ensure every event drives real pipeline and brand outcomes. You will also own on-site execution, ensuring our presence is polished, on-message, and operationally seamless.

The ideal candidate understands the wealth management and financial services industry, knows how to translate Addepar's platform story into a compelling booth experience and is equally comfortable building a strategic event plan for the year as they are running a demo booth on a conference floor.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $84,000 - $131,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You'll Do

Event Strategy & Portfolio Planning

  • Manage Addepar's annual industry events calendar - evaluating which conferences, trade shows, and partner events to attend based on audience fit, pipeline opportunity, and strategic priorities
  • Define clear objectives and success metrics for each event before committing budget, ensuring every activation has a business case tied to pipeline generation, brand visibility, or account engagement
  • Partner with GTM and Sales leadership to align the events calendar to territory priorities, target account lists, and key selling moments throughout the year

Booth Strategy & On-site Presence

  • Own the end-to-end design and execution of Addepar's booth experience at industry events - from floor layout and messaging to demo flow, staffing, and branded materials
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure demos, messaging and materials are current, differentiated, and relevant to the specific segment attending each event
  • Manage all booth logistics: vendor coordination, exhibit house relationships, AV, shipping, setup, and teardown

GTM Team Coordination & Enablement

  • Serve as the central coordinator for all internal stakeholders attending each event ensuring everyone knows the goals, their role, and how to engage effectively on the floor
  • Build and distribute pre-event briefing materials: target account lists, talking points, demo guides, meeting objectives, and competitive context tailored to each show
  • Run post-event debrief sessions with GTM teams to capture feedback, assess what worked, and feed insights into future planning

Pipeline & Performance Measurement

  • Own the lead capture and follow-up process for every event - form fills to CRM entry, lead routing, and handoff to Sales
  • Track event performance against defined KPIs: leads generated, pipeline influenced, meetings held, cost per lead, and conversion

Event Operations

  • Handle all procurement, vendor contracts, invoicing, and compliance submissions on time and within budget
  • Manage webinar and virtual event execution when required, including platform setup (ON24), dry runs, and pre/post communications
  • Travel to key events multiple times per quarter - primarily domestically, with occasional international travel for global conferences
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing role - with direct ownership of industry conference strategy and execution
  • Demonstrated experience managing trade show and conference presence end-to-end: booth design, staffing, logistics, GTM coordination, and post-event reporting
  • Experience in fintech, wealth management, financial services, or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of managing event budgets and reporting performance against pipeline and ROI metrics
  • Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo and On24 preferred
