Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking full-time ITAM Management AnylystThis position is an exempt remote position in support of customer in NJ.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level advisory and consulting support for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives, ensuring alignment with federal regulations, industry best practices, and organizational objectives.
  • Deliver rapid-response analytical and technical support to address emerging, unplanned, or high-priority ITAM requirements, enabling timely decision-making and effective program execution.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses, discovery assessments, and investigative reviews to identify operational gaps, process deficiencies, data-quality issues, and opportunities for improvement across the ITAM lifecycle.
  • Support Government leadership in defining, refining, and documenting complex or evolving ITAM requirements, developing actionable solution strategies and measurable success criteria.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for GAO, Congressional, OIG, and audit-related inquiries, including preparation of data calls, supporting documentation, executive briefings, and narrative responses.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, scenario modeling, trend assessments, and business impact evaluations to support strategic planning, operational improvements, and enterprise asset management initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and enhance ITAM program artifacts, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, governance documents, inventories, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Support enterprise modernization efforts by evaluating emerging technologies, process improvements, and automation opportunities that improve asset visibility, compliance, lifecycle management, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide surge support during peak operational periods, including enterprise-wide asset reconciliations, data validation efforts, inventory assessments, compliance reviews, and reporting activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration among program managers, technical teams, governance stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure the successful delivery of cross-functional ITAM initiatives and mission-critical program objectives

Qualifications Requirements:
    • Public Trust
    • College Degree in relevent field
    • 3-5 years asset managment
    • Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines. Experience supervising Logistics
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision

Desired Experienced:
    • Experience in logistic packing and shipment of assets
    • Experience working with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports
    • Understanding of IT Service Management processes
    • The ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
