Job description

  • End to end Logistics Management
  • Maintain the Hardware in the storage space
  • Getting upcoming Hardware information details from Customer and Tracking status of the hardware
  • Communicate the received hardware information with customer within the Defined SLAs
  • Communicate upline when variances occurred with customer within the Defined SLAs
  • Moving hardware from Loading dock to Lab
  • Unpacking the hardware tracking inventory and place in the assigned areas in Storage or Lab
  • Packing the hardware and generating the labels for Outbound shipments domestic and international
  • Moving the Outbound shipment packages to the Docking area Carrier facility for shipping to different vendors based on Customers request
  • Maintain the shipping labels and communication with customer for received and shipped hardware
  • Creation of shipping documents securing trade approval notifying stakeholders and monitoring delivery to final destination
  • Inventory Management Experience is must
  • strong in Equipment Checkin and Checkout process
  • Onsite position during operational hours 9AM 6PM
  • Frequent Inventory Audits
  • Tracking quarantine distressed hardware
  • Verifying received Hardware against the shipping manifest
  • Adherence to inbound outbound shipping protocols as defined by customer
  • Develop or document procedures to minimize or mitigate inventory control inefficiencies
  • Evaluate effectiveness of current or future logistical processes
  • Strict attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Good Communication with Customer and internal teams
  • Should be capable to lift the servers hardware up to 25 to 30lbs
  • Able to operate server lifts and Pallet jacks
