Day-to-Day Responsibilities

A dedicated coach will support you from day one, walking you through every phase of local operations. After onboarding, your daily focus includes:

  • Meeting in person with local business decision-makers to evaluate employee benefit needs

  • Presenting clear, accessible workplace coverage options to company staff

  • Handling end-to-end client onboarding and account management
