Job description

The Integrated Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to support influencer marketing campaigns, content coordination, and game day activations. This role provides exposure to integrated marketing operations while collaborating with internal teams and content creators to support a variety of marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Influencer Marketing and Campaign Execution
  • Support research and vetting of influencers for campaigns using Julius, Sprout Social, and other platforms, under the direction of the Integrated Marketing Manager
  • Assist with influencer outreach via email, including building packages with deliverables, rights, shot lists, and budget
  • Support the creation of creative briefs in Canva
  • Coordinate screening and introductory calls with influencers to discuss campaign details
  • Send contracts via DocuSign and track completion
  • Support influencer music trainings and send required training and acknowledgment materials

Sound Bank/Legal Management
  • Manage and maintain the copyright free sound bank, including distributing access after acknowledgment is signed and removing access after campaign completion
  • Log and track sound bank usage, including song name, date used, creator, and platform
  • Keep music selections current and ensure sufficient options are available

Content Coordination
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Manager in sending shot lists and content example links to relevant teams, including the Paid Media team, for alignment
  • Send creator content for approvals, edits, and feedback, and route responses back to influencers
  • Route content edits and communication between the Integrated Marketing Manager and relevant teams, including Paid Ads, Retail Marketing, Ticket Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Track deadlines for content submission
  • Upload finalized content and usage rights to the Monday board for Paid team distribution
  • Provide posting instructions, including hashtags and, when applicable, access to Meta Business ID and Spark codes

Game Day and Event Activation
  • Build and manage the schedule of game day activations
  • Coordinate reservations, ticket logistics, and merchandise needs for influencer activations
  • Send game day instructions to creators, including arrival details, shot list reminders, and bag policy
  • Work games and support campaign execution on-site, including providing day of hospitality and escorting influencers as needed
  • Assist with event setup and merchandise packing

Product and Merchandise
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Manager and Retail Marketing team in identifying retail items to feature in UGC campaigns and corporate activations
  • Coordinate retail orders for influencer activations by gathering product preferences and sizing directly from creators, then placing orders through the Retail Marketing team
  • Track and organize all retail orders, ensuring items are logged and properly stored upon arrival
  • Manage shipping logistics for influencer product orders

Cross Departmental Support
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Manager with asset distribution across departmental needs as needed
  • Provide support to Jr. HEAT initiatives as needed
  • Assist with influencer research for the broader program
  • Support additional Integrated Marketing initiatives as assigned

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
