Job description

Compensation & benefits

  • Pay: $0.72–$0.76 CPM (based on experience)
  • Weekly earnings: Approximately $1,750-$1,920
  • Additional pay & programs: Driver referral program with unlimited earning potential

  • No-touch freight / Drop & Hook: 100% no-touch dry van freight

Primary responsibilities

  • Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Execute timely pickups and deliveries on assigned dedicated routes, ensuring freight integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and other required documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customer contacts regarding routing, schedules, and incidents.
  • Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with incident investigations.

Minimum qualifications

  • License: Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
  • Location: Position based in West Jefferson, OH; candidate must reside within 60 miles of the location
  • Eligibility: Meet DOT medical requirements and be able to pass required pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol screenings
  • Language: Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and effective communication with dispatch and customers
  • Age: Must meet minimum age requirements for interstate operation where applicable
